Replicon Hiring Fresher B.E /B.Tech /M.Tech /MCA /M.Sc /B.Sc /BCA candidates for the post of QA Engineer/Trainee Product Support at Bangalore Location. The Detail eligibility criteria and application process are given below.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/BCA
- Pass out: year 2021, 2022 can apply.
- CGPA >7 or percentage > 75%
- Good academic record (65% & above, no backlogs)
- Min 4 years university program
- 3 year college program is not considered
- Strong, proven interest for testing and exploration
- Social work/volunteering/student campus work, etc.

Salary – 6 months as Trainee – 25,000 Per month. After 6 months, based on performance, we will offer 4.75 Fixed + 40k Bonus = 5.15 LPA
Trainee – Product Support
Requirements:
- BSC/ BCA / Eng. Grad 2021 & 2022 (Other than CS/ IT/ ECE)
- Knowledge of programming languages will be a plus
- Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Inclination towards technology
- Intermediate with MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer issues and queries are handled professionally and efficiently within the agreed SLA
- Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop
- Strong relationships by being a consultant and providing right resolutions
- Learn and stay current with product knowledge of Replicon’s software and its range of product solutions
- Help our customers maximize their business benefits from Replicon’s solutions
CTC – INR 21,500/ Month – for first 6 Months of internship; After 6 months – 3.3 LPA
