Role & Responsibilities: 

• The role will manage the technology development needs of their assigned platform/module/application
• The bank currently uses multiple platforms/applications to cater to our diverse banking needs across units; and you will be responsible for the technical delivery of the ones assigned to you
• Understand the functional and nonfunctional requirements, specifications and drive the story development by working with the team members
• Understand the functional and nonfunctional requirements, specifications and drive the story development by working with the team members
• Some prevalent technologies and concepts within the Tech team’s work are – golang, microservices, data engineering, API, Kubernetes, DevOps, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Terraform, SaaS/IaaS platforms
• Ensure program milestones are achieved in the given timelines to avoid misalignment
• Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of engineers, business analysts, delivery managers and vendors
• The success of this role is to ensure product evolution and include your features to ongoing releases.

Recruitment Process : 

• The challenge format consists of 10 MCQs and 2 Programming Questions based on DS and Algo
• When you complete the challenge successfully and get shortlisted, the Top listed candidates move one step closer to an opportunity to join IDFC FIRST Bank
• After a student gets shortlisted, the Top 150 students who are interested in exploring opportunities at IDFC FIRST Bank will be called for interview. Interview will be conducted virtually; invitations will be sent separately on email.
• Candidate interviews will be taken by Technology Leaders of IDFC FIRST Bank and HR manager.
• Students who get through the interview process will be extended a formal offer to join IDFC FIRST Bank.
